I'd count it as a negative in a lady. Wouldn't really call them ladies in that case. :)
I'd say if I found a perfect chick with tattoos it would definitely rule out any thoughts of marriage or children.

We don't live in the Victorian era where ladies had to be super white and with exquisite manners. Open up, nowadays a lady can be any type of woman: fat, skinny, tattooed, not tattooed, short haired, long haired, with jeans, with skirt, smoker, non smoker, drinker, non drinker, cursing or not cursing. Stop judging ppl by what they do with their hair, skin or anything.

The title and picture suggest something involving space travel. The picture also suggest some kind of conflict. The ship design suggests that it's more concerned with realism. It also suggests that it's the first book in a planned series.

But does the cover tell you if it is actually good or not. The cover may be amazing but the contents could be shit, or the other way around.
