Yep same here. Already got it on my first character. Just tried to get the schematic from the ketch chest on my Warlock and got a blue engram for my efforts! After reading your post I'll not bother wasting any more time / keys trying to get it.

I got it on my Titan and warlock characters but I cannot get it on my hunter. I have tried twice now and the chest just had a legendary gloves the first time and a blue engram the second time. What gives?
