Nope. It's cosmetic and you will probably get the whole set by completing the book and the ornaments are ornaments.

You only get 1 ornament for completing the book per account. You need 7 in total for one character

You know you can get the rewards from the book multiple times, right? As in, if you go into your record book right now and click on a reward you have already redeemed (like the legs) it will give you the legs again (it just gives them to you at 3 light though)

Didn't say you would get ornaments from the book. You will get a radiant treasure each week for completing I forget which. Just like the taken armor. You will get it when you get it.

I think you are misunderstanding me, you said you will probably get the whole set by completing the book. yes you can get the base armor from the book, I have all but the class items so far, thats all fine. My problem is that the ornaments can be bought which decreases the value of them. In trials you have to go flawless to get those ornaments, and in the raid you have to do challenge modes.

No I understood what you meant. I just don't put value in cosmetic items that do nothing more than "look kewl".
