Brought to mind alot of questions.
Did we kill Crota in his throne world? Was obviously another dimesion athough we didnt pass through as ascendant.
Is Oryx really dead. Seems his throne world should have resembled Crotas and not have Saturn in the background.
Have we analyzed the names of the raid missions yet. Crotas End, Kings Fall both indicate the death of those bosses. Wrath of the Machine sounds like a Siva infused Rasputin that maybevwe only disable but not kill.
There will be at least 3 bosses if not 4 before the last boss. Hopefully it ends like Halo with a running/driving sequence to escape. The concept is in game at least twice. Pretty sure the big robot on top of the wall is one such event.

Edited by Captain: 9/22/2016 10:24:45 PMOryx is really dead. He used his powers to bring his throne room into the physical world while still having all characteristics and capabilities of one in the ascendant realm. The raid names don't mean anything. Vault of Glass mentioned nothing about killing a powerful Vex construct, yet we did, and Atheon is very dead.

Our sparrows die too fast for any kind of Halo type getaway.

Still would be an awesome scene. 6 people speeding away hoping their sparrow doesnt blow up.

I have that every time I drive through the plaguelands lol

That was crota's throne world. We didn't need to be ascendant to challenge him. Oryx made the dreadnought his throne world so you would see Saturn in the background

Edited by filwilliamson: 9/22/2016 10:46:29 PMActually I think that was crotas throne room. One reason is the oversoul. Second, when we killed him oryx learned we killed his son and crota has died many times before implying that this death was different. Third, oryx's portal system only OBEYED an ascendant being. Fourth, when we killed crota the threat of Crotas invasion ended, If he wasn't permanently dead them why did the threat go away? Crap, clicked the wrong reply.
