Same. I can only guess that its trying to load the ps exclusive content. I've done all the strikes in year 3.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. I remember that the exclusive content playstation got with the Taken King said it would be exclusive until "at least fall of 2016." I guess Bungie is using the "at least" to mean another whole year. But it wouldn't surprise me if Bungie included that content for us in Rise of Iron and is just keeping it locked off.
