It means you picked up a crest from a teammate that got killed and denying the other team from getting the points. So for you, the crests would appear blue but appear red for the other team. Vice versa for you and your team.

Okay. I was kinda afraid that's what it meant, since in Rumble the only crest on my team is my own.
