Just gotta finish the campaign and then you get a quest. You have to survey an anomaly in the PlagueLands, after that, just follow to quest directions

Yes you need to survey the anomaly and that opens it up. You do need a key to get past one part but thankfully the Brood Mothers are plentiful and drop them every time.

Finish the 5 main missions quest should be available.
