Feels that way. Almost feels like Jugg is gonna be more useful to me than Unstoppable for landing them slams.

Yeah that Jugg Shield certainly needs a rework, and honestly with them nerfing Shoulder Charge and unstoppable completely unreliable, they are pushing people towards Jugg, and the end result will be Jugg will get nerfed and Titan's upper tier perk tree will be rendered useless.
