Every time I try to start a game on Halo 5 pc it says

Do you know if my level, armour, emblem and colour carry over? Because I have the default emblem with random colours. Also should it show my fire team and friends even if they're in Xbox One?

As for xbox one friends no, it doesnt have cross play so youre not going to see friends playing halo on the one on your pcs friends list. Discord is great for finding friends though, until server browsing comes along.
