The books slowly got worse. Never to the point of being bad, but mostly just annoying.
I actually liked her earlier series, "Gregor the Overlander" better. I wish she would write more of those books.

She wrote those? I remember liking those back in elementary school. Never got around to finishing them.
-
Yep, you totally should, although I didn't care for the ending much.
-
That's a shame. Still, it wouldn't hurt to pick up the series again. I'll look into it.

Those were pretty good books from what I remember.

I never knew they were the same author

I've never heard of it, what's it about?

Edited by Gordonian Knot: 9/17/2016 5:32:25 PMGregor is a teenager growing up in New York with his sister and mother. His father disappeared a couple years before the events of the first book. One day his sister finds a grate behind their dryer/washer, and falls in. Gregor goes in after her, and they discover it is a route to an underground world. The books follow Gregor and his family and friends on their adventures. All the books are really good, I believe there are 5 or 6. I would say more, but I don't want to spoil anything.

Sounds like a good read, I'll check it out.
