You do realize the DLC isn't out yet right? Nothing is accessible until it comes out on the 20th.

Yeah, I know, but if you really understand my problem then you would realise that the game isn't registering that I bought ROI. In game it should say that I have it. You can also see I used the word pre-order. I know I am not supposed to be able to play it yet. The problem is that I know that if this isn't fix I won't be able to play at launch because my game doens't think I bought ROI.

The New Age Gun is correct. You've done everything you can until Rise of Iron is released. The prelude and record book is not accessible to anyone and won't be until Rise of Iron is released.
