Unfortunately the Twist of Fate does not currently work on the Mark of the Sunforged, Nightstalker Cloak, or the Stormcaller Bond. Bungie is aware and is investigating.

This happened to me twice while trying Twist of Fate on The Armamentarium, the stats changed but the nodes stayed exactly the same. Is this a known issue? Is there a way for me to report if not? Thank you!

If the stats changed then it is working as intended. Keep in mind that not all perks can change.

I see, thank you for answering. How can we identify what perks can change? I checked the armory page for this piece on the Bungie website and it said that it's possible for the piece to have solar armor so presumed that meant that i could Twist the armor until i got that perk, yet non of them changed. Thank you again!

So even though the nightstalker cloak has a "twist fate" option, and it consumes glass needles and does nothing, you can't get reimbursed for what you've lost?
