I also found a calcified fragment up above the ghost toward the centre of the room.

It's not calcified. I checked it out. It's different so probably a reskin of calcified fragment.

No, it defiantly looked different. It just listed the pick up as calcified fragment. I just hope it didn't glitch my character for later. lol It was red and weird looking for sure, did yours say calcified fragment as well?
