The issue is not bloom. Bloom is when a 2nd shot misses because accuracy hasn't reset. The video shows the first shot missing. This isn't bloom, it's fundamentally poor first shot accuracy. There is a small cone where your first shot will not hit exactly where you aim. THIS is what needs to be removed.

Thank you! Without bloom handcannons would be the only option. They are strong with bloom. You should not miss your first round though.
