Does Preordering the Standalone RoI expansion get you the rocket launcher AND the sparrow?
Vaguely remember seeing only the rocket launcher being mentioned on the product page on the xbox store for the standaloe RoI expansion.
Just want to know with 100% certainty that if my buddy was to buy this, he'd get the rocket launcher AND the sparrow.

There is only one pre order version across all retailers and platforms. So, yes.

The Rocket Launcher is obtained by a quest. Pre-ordering gives you the option of what colour you want it once the quest is completed.

1 ReplyOnly if you preorder. You got the rocket trough an in-game quest and the sparrow will be at the postmaster as soon as you start playing the expansion
