Does our orbit shift slightly when there's a massive solar flare as the sun has less mass afterwards? Like, will the year increase by a few minutes or hours? If not, why not?
If the question is too tough, I may have some other, easier ones.

It doesn't push the earth the atmosphere absorbs it's called the ionosphere I believe it absorbs all solar energy thus our orbit stays constant
