Whats broken about Tone?

Using the gun everyone used. (40 mm) Using the particle wall (Both of these were titan destroyers GO TO in TF1) They put the best two combat abilities on one titan then added two tracking weapons systems I know everyone will go tone so i will be going ion specifically for vortex shield so i can counter all the bullets/missiles which is ions ONLY weakness. I just know i will get wrecked with all the ronin fanboys using phase dash to negate my core
