Fun fact: this was at a tournament called "Revival of Melee" which was a tournament that was held when Melee was dying out. Brawl just came out at the time so people were leaving to go play that, and MLG stopped hosting Melee tournaments too. People thought the competitive scene for Melee was finished, although there were some that still wanted it to stick around (hence the name of the tournament). Then everyone saw this particular game, everyone suddenly realized how awesome of a game Melee is and people gave up on Brawl and came back to Melee, essentially "reviving" it just like the name of the tournament.
