I played a match the other day and finally got fed up with a guy on the other team that was teleporting all over the place, not taking damage from supers, etc. Of course he was the top player.
I never send messages, I just report but like I said; I was fed up. So, I tell the guy "You're either cheating or playing on a really bad connection, so I reported you for both".
He responds:"Sorry, bad weather here".
At first I'm thinking "oh my bad". Then I realize "F-CK this guy". He's either full of shit, or he knows he's playing on a shitty connection and doesn't care.
Pissed me off.

Could be on Florida

Sure. I thought hurricane weather or thunder storms; but who is seriously playing online video games in that weather?

When I lived in FL, that's what you did during hurricanes. At least, until the power goes out. Everything is closed, the TV is all just repetitive warnings about what you can when you look outside, you're basically stuck in the house for 2-7 days. (We used to just get -blam!-ed up and play video games until the weather dried up. Then go out and clean up the yard, help the old folks on the block that needed it, etc. until the office opened back up. Good damn time.)
