Hello Slinkyy, I see you responded to a old post about the subject, Ditto figured out why they were having the issue, does this apply to your situation?
Ok so I figured out the issue. I always leave one controller plugged into my Xbox one via the USB charging cable so all I have to do is swap the battery from that controller to the one I'm using. Apparently having 2 controller on at once causes an issue with destiny and the vibration function of both controllers becomes disabled. Turn off one of the controllers and Ta Da the vibration on the active controller works.
• I'm on PS4, and only use one controller myself. Since the last update I've noticed that my controller seemed to be fighting me and I had no vibration, but only while I played Destiny. Came looking to see if anyone else had this problem too. I always keep the USB cord for the controller plugged in and never had a problem. Lo and behold, found this thread, unplugged the cable, and the issues went away! Thanks, Gamer!

 • What kind of controller do you have? And are you sure controller vibration is set to ON in your Destiny settings menu?

 • Have you updated your controller ever? And do you have anything plugged into any of the USB ports on your Xbox? If so can you unplug the items and see if Vibration returns.
