265 NF completions this week. Please get rid of highly situational perks.
5 imagos with firefly but no good perks to accompany them. I kept getting marks for my last few runs and its driving me insane.
Surrounded+firefly
hotswap+firefly
Surrounded+firefly
underdog+firefly
spray and play+firefly (this is the one that i can actually use)
I just want my good ole fatebringer back ;_;

I only got one, but it's pretty good. Outlaw and third eye but no range perks. It's on my warlock I think.

11 RepliesYou didn't have your Imago Loop equipped or perks listed when I first replied to this post. You were complaining about getting one with sureshot, spray and play, hammer forged and firefly. No good perks. Really?

1 ReplyAt times I would love for Imago Loop to drop so I could use one... then I remember how weak hand cannons are at the moment and I go mope while playing strikes with my full auto scout rifle... :P

1 ReplyI only played the Nightfall once and got Outlaw, Life Support and Hammer Forged/Rifled Barrel. Good enough for me. I hate hand cannons anyway. I still probably won't use it... scout rifles 4 life

I got extremely lucky. Only farmed for a couple hours and got about 4 or 5 class items but then I got the loop on my titan to drop. Not exactly what I wanted but statistically speaking, just to get outlaw combined with firefly it's a 1 in 130 chance so I'm happy with it.

I have never farmed for Imago loop, I have only had it twice, fortunately for me I got the Fatebringer roll first time. I still have not used the weapon though, because there are far better hand cannons out there.

The odds of getting the fatebringer roll = 1/100. I got the exact same roll twice, partial refund and firefly. Does that make me lucky, or unlucky as I threw my time out the window?

wait you Trashed a Hotswap Firefly? Unless that had no Range middle tree perks that would have gone great paired with a sniper especially on a Dancer hunter with Quickdraw

A perfect role is hard and not getting the exact fatebringer role does not make the gun pointless. You need to accept the consequences of rng or propose a system to combat this. Not just complain. Reroll we know wont come back like it was so you know your boundaries for what bungie deems acceptable now. This is how bungie wants the game designed for them. The more wasted grind the better their play stats and the less they think they need to change because if it's good enough to keep people playing it's not cost effective to make it better. Case and point nightfall rewards
