eyasluna has an inch of more range, one extra bullet, faster reload spped and better stability

Eyasluna a base range 38, Finnala's Peril 37. So if you mean literally an inch in game, then I guess you are correct. The range is the same. Stability is better, but with the fire rate of these weapons I don't find that extra stability helpful. I rarely get down to an empty magazine in the Crucible, so the extra round doesn't really matter. To each their own.
