Since this is an AMA, which stone should I use for my eevee?

Leafgreen. Thinking about getting a 3ds for sun and moon.

Edited by Auttumnnnn: 8/29/2016 12:11:39 PMDon't use any Stone on your Eevee. Evolve it into an Espeon. Unless that's too much work, then just go with a Water Stone. Sun and Moon is looking pretty good so far. Info has been slow this past week.

Noice. Might go with Espeon, already got a Gyarados on my team and gonna grab that Lapras in Silph Co. Kinda disappointed that they didn't release anything yesterday, I haven't been this interested in a pokemon game since gen 3. [spoiler]gen 4 looked pretty cool at the time, but I didn't have the money for a ds :([/spoiler]

What else do you have on your team? Yeah, I haven't been this excited for a Pokemon game since Diamond and Pearl. Gen 4, by the way, is amazing. You definitely need to play it at some point. But you should play Platinum if you do.

Currently have Charmeleon, Gyarados, Dratini, Victreebell, Sandslash, and been swapping between Beedrill, Mankey, Eevee and Pikachu for my 6th. Not sure whether to continue with one of those four or pick up another member. Might borrow my friends ds one day just to try it out, or just play it on the least buggiest emulator I can find lol.

Is Espeon even available in LeafGreen? Espeon and Umbreon weren't introduced until Gen 2, so I'm not sure. It would be worth it. Gen 4 was just so perfectly made. Everything about it was great.

Last time I checked, Espeon evolves only during the day, and I don't think there's a day and night cycle in leafgreen.

I just looked it up. It's impossible to obtain Espeon or Umbreon in FRLG.

Well since you're going to be using Lapras and you already have Charmeleon, you should instead evolve it into Jolteon.

Actually, yeah, that's probably a better idea. Especially since I can't catch Electabuzz on LG.
