The only Handcannon I have an issue with now is The Last Word. Fanfare, which makes it Full Auto AND [b]increases its Rate of Fire[/b] puts it into a time to kill that's competitive outside of its intended range of use.
Bungie should give back some bonus damage when hipfiring, and make Fanfare only work WHEN hipfiring.

No one actually auto fires TLW anymore. It needs to be tapped.

Even with taps, it shoots faster than other hand cannons of its archetype. I thought the bold would make it obvious that that's the main issue with Fanfare.
