Got an LDR w shortgaze / snapshot / army of one / outlaw and a Longbow with shortgaze, some stability perk, and some other random good perks...I don't know really cause...I don't really use snipers in PVP...sorry dude, I'd give you one if I could haha!

I havent on xbox, but have on my month old ps account. Ps is rank 5, got it at 4, and xbox is 20 +, still dont have it. Rng favours the new accounts

I've been grinding the hell out of heroic strikes too. That's literally the only thing I do on destiny now. I've been leveling up the vanguard once a day for the last month now. All I get is armor.
