I hope you have a speedy recovery.
My boyfriend went through something similar.He had surgery on his jaw but his was wired shut for a while afterwards.

I'm very thankful I wasn't wired shut. That must've been horrible for him. And thank you.

Yeah,he had to live on apple juice for two weeks.He pretty much refuses to drink it now lol.

I assume with a straw.I'm not entirely sure,it happened before we got together and he doesn't talk about it much.

I know he had a really bad underbite and I think his jaw may have been out of alignment or something.
