What do you mean painful?

As in extremely annoying. Imagine a guy with Last Word burns his clip on you but didn't kill you. You know you can kill him now but he starts running and reloading. He abruptly turns around after getting away from the fight easily and getting a reload in withought stopping. He easily disposes of you.
