Refresh your licences. This happens from time to time on PS4, takes about 20 seconds to do it.

Did you re-start your ps4 after? Your guardians are still showing on your bungie profile so you haven't lost anything.

I just tried it again, this time turning off the ps4 and unplugging it for a few minutes, and still no change. I had a friend log in to my account on his console, and he's seeing the same issue. And if I log into his account on mine, his works fine. So I definitely feel like it's server-side rather than on my ps4 itself.

Hmm... Yeah sounds like Bungie is not recognising your profile correctly. Have you tried moving stuff around on your characters on the website or in the app?

I was able to transfer an item from my vault to my character and back using the Ishtar Academy app.

Then your ps account is talking with bungie. I'll see what else I can find
