Why should we donate? There's already been a cure out for decades, America's corrupt government refuses to release it because they get so much $$$ from people trying to "cure" it,

This cause is sill very good but he's practically right lol. Some guy from Jamaica had a major treatment for pancreatic cancer that could practically cure it. Do you realize how many hospitals/health firms sued him? Lol regardless I'm still supporting this charity stream
