The games hasn't been terribly balanced at any point yet, just a few changes to the meta. Blizzard just likes to Change things up when certain characters are becoming rarely used or being used nearly every game. Of course this also means that it'll never be perfect, but it also won't stay the same for any long amount of time either. I feel this next patch will see a lot of changes to the meta, but we won't know where to go from there until we settle into the new meta.
