Are you on a ps3/ xbox 360? If so those were cut off from b.net and can no longer use many of the utilities in the app

Im mainly on ps4, was helpin dad on ps3, app and site worked fine yesterday for ps3 and ps4

Yesterday was ironically the day ps3 and ps4 split, which is why you can't help your dad today on the ps3
