Reporting won't really do anything to them. They usually get banned after many reports being thrown their way, but reporting them yourself will help keep them from being matched to you.
I had to report a team of 6 yesterday because they were too good and no matter if I left the lobby I would still get matched to them. These players were top players that I shouldn't have gotten matched to constantly because I am no were near being a top player.

Too good? I like the challenge even if we lose. Can't you just block one of them on Xbox live to avoid them again? Just saying because it's probably quicker.

I like the challenge too but it's not a good thing when I'm playing Iron Banner and have to win matches. It's a waste of time when I'm stuck with 5 medallions for the longest time. And no, reporting them in Destiny is a lot quicker. I report them for something they're not doing(like cheating), that way they won't get banned over nothing

I stopped playing 6v6 a while ago when the lag was really bad and haven't played since. I was going to play IB but when I saw it was clash I changed my mind. I mainly plat 3v3 so it's not too bad.
