Those Hanzo changes are ridiculous.
So many shit players already pick him up and play shoot and hope. Fire off 40 arrows and get a lucky head shot every now and then or fire scatter arrow at the floor and manage to kill folk (I hate scatter arrow, it needs removing).
Now he's even better for the clueless numpty's that play him.
That Lucio nerf was not needed, absolutely shit.
The Genji changes were needed I think. I see so many shit Genji players that this change will reduce their numbers so that only the people who know how to play him will do well with him.
As someone who plays Mercy and Junkrat i'm glad of the change to Genji that stops him going through my bear trap, I appreciate that.
I don't see why Mercy was buffed though. I constantly do well with her, with this change it will make her slightly overpowered.

Mercy change was done solely because she was almost never being picked since the zenyatta updated I do like her healing buff, it give more on the give and take you have when choosing mercy over another healer but I'll also be surprised if that change makes it out of PTR. The zenyatta change alone should be good to bring mercy back into the meta I would think.

Honestly, i'd be quite shocked if that Mercy change makes it out of PTR. I will admit she needs bringing back into the meta but lowering Zenyatta's healing should be enough for that. Giving her an entire 20% extra heals per second is overkill. At the very most i'd say 10% and that's at a push. Played well, Mercy can make a huge difference to a team. I love Mercy but I just think a 20% hps increase is overkill. Don't get me wrong, i'm certainly not going to complain if it does go live but i'm genuinely surprised they wanted to buff her by that much.
