Boolean stacks 1 agility and 1 armor for a total of 3 each depending on which is selected. The issue is that the buff is at 100% during the first 3 seconds of gaining the head/body kill and then quickly deteriorates after while still showing the buff for longer than it applies for. Is it an ok buff? Sure. Is it in need of a major buff and extension? Oh yes it is.

Really? I was using it because of aggressive ballistics. So the buffs are near to no effect/importance.?

Aggressive doesn't even help that much, the second highest impact barrel does almost as much damage in total

That is the reason to use it. This gun is actually one of the reasons they nerfed AB with TTK. It would have been a 3-shot kill to almost any guardian with the old agg balls.
