Does new monarchy and dead orbit have a pulse rifle? Seems they leave certain weapons out of each faction...

Yeah and I hate it, I really want a new sidearm but the one with the amazing tool is new monarchy, at least I have another character who can use it I guess

I like the crucible havoc pigeons and iron banner iron wreaths. Also if you do the challenge of elders each week you have a chance at a side arm with the 30 000 point package and it's a beast
