Quite a bit of exaggeration if you ask me, but you are entitled to your own opinion. I mean I won't disagree that the game has many faults, most of which being the community, but I think most of your points are undeserved or stretched.

Their PR has been garbage since season 4.

Its on and off tbh. Their handling of the dynamic queue and high elo matchmaking didn't exactly help their case though.
