Rare engrams are capped at 310 iirc. If you need infusion fuel, better level up the factions

Edited by The Warden: 8/14/2016 1:39:53 AMI had a 317 rare sniper. Dismantled for the Stillpirecer quest from the Gunsmith. I think they cap at 320, but have a drop rate similar to the Comitatus(very low)

Thanks. Been outta the game awhile, so I'm trying to level up some old primaries to at lest 300. It's drops 300 for everything else though. Lotta 270/280 stuff for blue primaries...
