Of course they will......just like every other dlc, they'll give us "new items that are just reskinned old armor with rearranged perks.
Have you seen the "new" iron banner ship?? It's the first one you get in the very first mission of destiny....just a different colour.

What I guess I was trying to ask is if some of the weapon classes that the factions no longer carry would be returning, like a Dead Orbit hand cannon.

Oh I see, that would be cool. I wish they'd rotate what weapons you can buy from them and the elemental damage too. I've gotten five dead orbit shotguns on two different classes and they've all be arc! I'd like a void one for my Titan, he's got the solar imobious and the best range arc roll I got lol

Weekly stock rotation would be awesome. I've made posts inquiring about that to no avail. I hope it will become a thing in a future release.
