Not that I know of. Seems weird that there wouldn't be new sets all-around.

I suspect that they would rotate the stock, I'm just hoping for something new and a return of weapon classes that some factions were no longer carrying. Here's hoping! I prefer to be an optimist, know what I mean? :)
