No offense to the Mods here...
But being on the Destiny reddit, then coming here.... its depressing.
There is so much joy over there. Positivity. And constructive criticism.
Here, its shit posting, nerfs and hated.
This place is a slime pit in comparison.

This site is about Destiny/Bungie hate. The dtg subreddit is about destiny/Bungie love. I dream of a place in between. One where I not only don't hear about all of the things someone has done to my mother because I disagreed with them, but where I also don't get down-voted to Hades because I am being slightly critical of the game. Does this type of place exist?

Yep. I liked Reddit but really it's just as bad as it is here and here has improved a lot since last year; either way it's almost all the same identical top posts. Mods over there are salty as hell too.

They get riled up over the slightest thing over there. Just look at the recent no mans sky sub reddit, 4 years of non stop possitivity and hype, then within hours of release the reddit community does a complete 180 and have a massive witch hunt brewing for the former beloved hello games dev based off 10 tweets lol They are a very well organized bunch though

Its the hypetrain man. To be fair its an easy 6 or 7 out of 10 game. Its not the worst but i doubt the longevity of it.

Exactly. That game will die faster than Pokémon Go. It's just a lot of the same thing, over and over. If they can take that universe and make something interesting happen in it, then look out. But if all they have is Minecraft without the building then they're done

I think they were done the moment those two streamers tried to meet and couldn't see each other. I know the devs said it weren't a multiplayer title per se, but they sure as shit implied heavily for 3 years that we could meet up and clearly see each other. But its basically a single player only title with info you can upload to a shared world logbook lol.

Sean murray flat out said numorous times that, yes you can see other players and they see you, and you can play together, but the chances are next to zero. Turns out theres 0 multiplayer net code. And you can pause the game. Theres nothing as claimed.

Yep. Reddit sub seems awesome at first but it's just as bad as this forum. All the same posts with all the same info. Here you get 12 year olds saying "your mom" and over there they are just full of themselves so it's funnier to deal with the 12 year olds.

Its not even the complaining per se. Its what they complain about. Some of the topics on here are so stupid they border on insanity. On reddit, there is some complaining. But its always reasonable and constructive. And there are things to complain about. Just not the stuff here.
