Keep in mind I'm talking about BALANCE. A class that potentially have max armor recovery and agility at the same time BREAKS THE GAME making it UNBALANCED. Please note my use of caps here was for emphasis and nothing else.

LOL look at all the juggernaut titans downvoting you to hell... I agree with what you say, plus it's pretty annoying being a max agility hunter, (come git me, titans) which is basically sacrificing your armor and some recovery just to pop a blade and have a titan skate away from me the whole time. Say what you will, but there is literally no counter-measure for it.
