After reading this post something became very clear to me.
NOT a lot of people understand what it means to file a complaint to the BBB.
It isn't a law suit........... It's more like a slap on the wrist.

That is activision's/blizzard's BBB link. As you can see they have 6 Negative reviews, with 462 complaints closed(aka dismissed) in the past 3 years. Their ranking is still A+. If you actually take the time and read through some of those complaints, you can see that activision has been more than fair to people that have had problems with their games.... This dude is going to get a nice letter explaining to him that he has no ground to stand on, and his complaint will be closed.
My expertise? I run a small business linked to BBB, with an A+ rating and have handle WORSE complaints created by some of the most manipulative people I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Edited by H_TOWN_BALLA_80: 8/11/2016 7:29:33 PMThe BBB is a joke. People think it's some arm of the government. I love when dumbass customers of X company threaten BBB action LOL. For anyone who reads this that has threatened BBB action before, please know that you are getting laughed at SO fuqng hard behind the scenes of X company lol. ESPECIALLY if you make comments about how the BBB will come in and lay down the law or some shit hahahahaha.
