Farron great sword would probably be better for your build or old wolf curved sword. Both of them actually have Dex scaling that's useful. Also, for PvP, I recommend dropping the estus ring since you aren't going to be drinking it much anyway. Replace it with something like prisoner chain.

Old Wolf Curved Sword is only good on pure Dex builds. For strength/quality builds, Exile Greatsword is better in every way. At 40/40, OWCS does 482, and EGS does 568. That being said, OWCS gets style points for being the coolest looking sword.
