As a matter of [b]FACT[/b], whites are [b]MORE[/b] likely to use and abuse hard drugs. 2: It is a [b]FACT[/b] that enforcement, arrest and incarceration rates are heavily skewed in favor of whites. Meaning if you really wanted to get drugs off the street, instead of patrolling the hood you could get the [b]SAME[/b] result by patrolling the suburbs. You'd come away with the same success rate.

Stop trying to reframe the debate after being proven wrong and what in the hell are you talking about in one aspect? Half the inmates in all of the prisons in the U.S. are there on drugs charges. Whites do drugs at virtually the same rate as blacks but blacks are 3-5 more times likely to be arrested and incarcerated. You're trying to reframe the argument by spewing those numbers out after I proved you wrong on usage rates. Are you naive enough to somehow think your numbers and my numbers aren't interrelated?

Read your own links god damn It says 37% of the prison population is black so 37% of 47%, to get an estimate, means around 17.4% of blacks in prison are in there for drug related things. The actual number was 12% in the link that already evaluated the number that I posted above. Table 1.19B
