I've only played an hour of it and I'm in love with the game. But, it's inevitable that it will eventually become repetitive.

Imo something like fallout is more repetitive than this But look at fallout 4. Same thing over and over, yet still loved by thousands. Skyrim had nothing special going for it yet I'd say its one of the greatest RPG's made (or that I've played)
-
Difference is fallout and skyrim had story development and meaningful interactions with the characters and the world. Exiting an entire universe alone will inevitably become stale to many players
-
Fallout 4 was a disaster when you compare it to their previous games.
-
What are you talking about? It had overall better mechanics and sold more?
-
It had better shooting/movement mechanics, but the rest of it besides the graphics was a major downgrade. Everything that made Fallout an rpg was gone. Sales are irrelevant, a lot of variables come into play.
-
Variables such as the majority of all players enjoyed the game and bought the DLC?
-
As in higher population, no competition, very good advertising, ect, ect. You get the picture. I'd suppose you must think extremely highly of skylanders/call of duty/battlefield, since they sold in the millions each year.
-
I've never played any of those 3 so no
-
Exactly my point, you have nothing to compare these games to. So you would think highly of them. Maybe when you're older you'll understand, bud.
-
Sorry but that is one lame insult Also I'm not trying to argue, you are
-
I'm sorry if you thought I was trying to insult you, clearly I haven't said any such thing to even imply that. Simply pointing out the errors in your logic in this discussion. Goodbye.
-
Errors? Your opinion is not more or less correct than mine
-
What I meant was I am pointing out errors in your "opinion". I'd assume you are quite new to gaming by reading your previous comments. My only goal here is to expand your mind, but you seem to have taken offence to that and gone on your own tangent.

I've been at it since super mario world for the SNES so no
