The only thing i can think of is that you have bad habits that you can get away with against players lower skilled than you, but youre getting punished for it against players better than you.
Also, it is possible to win against high elo players. If you have the gun skill and the teamwork anybody can win anything as a team.
Edit: youre a pretty good player, at least above average.

I do have some bad habits so that's a fair assumption, it's just I have have that 25 kill streak one game and then a .5 KD the next game, in the same lobby! Haha

I know exactly how OP feels, and you are on point. I've began saving clips of both good things I do and close encounters I lost. It is definitely helpful to look for your mistakes as well as where you accel.
