Exactly! I don't get it! But it seems like it doesn't really affect the people with super high kd.

Same here. I swear to god I think Bungie sees you're on a hot streak and says NOPE and makes your next game where people don't take the right damage, or get shot through walls, or throw in some kid from Zimbabwe with a coconut internet connection, and make everyone lag.... It's so annoying.
