T3 (antiquated runes) stays the same for the ebtire week. There are three t3 bosses that rotate weekly: Thalnok, balwur, don't know the name of the third.
T2 (stolen runes) are rng for each time you summon them. T2 always consists of two T1 encounters.
T1 (reciprocal runes) are also rng: one encounter at a time.
If you find a reciprocal rune, it's already charged. Stolen runes have to be charged by three reciprocal runes, antiquated have to be charged by three stolen runes.

You get reciprocal runes from taken majors and generally on the dreadnaught. Stolen and antiquated runes you get from taken ultras and from the raid. You can even get stolen/antiquated ones directly from playing court of oryx. Its rng though. Kill a bunch of taken majors, play some court of oryx and the raid. One more source for runes are rank-up packages from eris in the tower.

Cool thanks man. Yeah I have a tone of runes because I never did pve up until recently. I have 43 shards and need two more for ToM.
