They're green and bronze if you don't use a shader at all with them

But you get more rep by using an appropriate Iron Banner shader. Neither of them are green. :|

Yup, but thankfully they're getting rid of the bonus XP earned for class items and shaders so we can run around IN rocking midnight lumos
