Best and cheap have absolutely nothing to do with one another.
Best = iPad
Cheap = Asus, Samsung and a plethora of other crappy manufacturers to choose from.

😂. May I ask you if you've ever tried a Samsung device?
-
Many. They're mediocre at best.
-
Which ones have you tried my I ask?

Well for starters I've had a Galaxy S II & 2 S III's. The S II lasted just over its warranty forcing me to purchase a new phone at full retail, and being blindly loyal to Samsung I purchased an S III. It failed too, but within the warranty, so Samsung was kind enough to send me a refurbished unit (which had noticeable scratches). As if that wasn't enough I stupidly thought it would be a good idea to buy a 12" Galaxy Tab Pro. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. 4 months after having it, it started power cycling. Sent it back to Samsung, they had it for over 2 weeks then sent it back saying there was no fault found. Within an hour it power cycled. Without going into details I spent the next 2 months fighting to get another refurbished unit with scratches. When their products work they're decent, however they quickly degrade and fail. If you have to contact support or send something in for service you're in for a s*** storm. That's Samsung.

I even admit that there first products were shit but they've gotten much better. When did you own these phones?

2012ish. The tablet fiasco was just a little over a year ago.

Best is a relative term. I want to know what the best android tablet under $100 is. Could you really not comprehend that?

And what you obviously don't understand is you get what you pay for. Seriously, do you think there's going to be a huge or even measurable difference between tablets within a $100 price point?
